AEDES VICTOR is a private residence belonging today to a descendent of an old family that established there at the begining of XXth Century.

Situated in the innerland of the Argetine Repúblic, 1,000 km north of Buenos Aires, it has been the home of the same family for three generations since Don Diego Ruiz Díaz bougth from the Government that rural estate and settled there definitively with his wife, Doña Emiliana Brizuela and their younger daughters.

At present, as succesor to and a continuation of those pioneers, Don Victor Ruiz Díaz is sthe Head of the House and supports it with his personal incomes exclusively.

From 2010 on, certain areas in AEDES VICTOR are open to the public (under modalities and conditions of an Events Agenda and a Guided Visits Program).
This way, visitors may discover one of the best secrets that nature has hidden in this part of the world.

Thus, in some places of the House, reserved for accomodation, they will find all comfort available indoors and outdoors (within the 55,000 m2 occupied by parks and gardens, including a small native forest). There, visitors will be surprised discovering one of the last “isles” of virgin nature that AEDES VICTOR tries hard to keep and protect.

Patio Argentino (Argentine Courtyard) in AEDES VICTOR

2011 SUMMER Season in AEDES VICTOR PATIO ARGENTINO is an every year renewed event Only for elder than 18. Foreing visitors can spend one night if they have reserved anticipatedly.
This event is available only for members of Club AMICVS and their personal guests upon anticipated reservations. For more detailed information, please write to  info@aedesvictor.com.ar

PATIO ARGENTINO is a space especially conceived to enjoy  good argentine meat,  well cooked at a charcoal grill or in the oven but always in the argentine style and taste.  In AEDES VICTOR  this typically argentine way of cooking meats usually admitts variations and thus, the touch of the House’s cuisine is perceived in saucess and other compliments. Everything can be accompanied by argenetine wines at prices very similar to those usually found in local supermarkets. There is also a transfer service between the House and the city of Resistencia, so people do not drive after drinking alcohol.

A PRIVATE EVENT EVERY YEAR RENEWED (only for people aged 18 and elder).

LEISURE time and for “OTIUM”, RELAX, SWIMMING POOL, MENU GOURMET LEGERE or, at your choice, typical argentine meals from the every-day argentine cuisine; OUTDOOR AND INDOOR GAMES, pleasure ensured all day (and night too).

It is possible to get seat in some common places (decks, yards, parks and gardens) or, if you prefer, you can enjoy meals, drinks, videos or playing an indoor game in an absolutely private site (there are individual bungalows and also for 2, 4 or more persons).

OTHER NOVELTIES ABOUT THE HOUSE 
The most recent news about The House give information related to an interesting group of notanical species ready to be sent back to yheir own places: The Purple Magnolia yo THE PURPLE GARDEN, the Hibiscus Aureum to THE GOLDEN GARDEN, whole the Parchouli are awating  the end of Winter season to to planted bordering the limits of THE NATIVE FOREST.
This sequence ends with yhe image corresponding to a home-made apple marmelade especially prepared  to celebrate THE FRIEND’S day in AEDES VICTOR.

It will not be subject to a prefixed date but will be offered many times a year.

NOVELTIES ABOUT AEDES VICTOR WINES 

AEDES VICTOR WINES, harvest 2008, bring important novelties
The new harvest, recently launched into the domestic market of Argentina, includes, as a SAMPLE IN ADVANCE, a special wine created to celebrate the BICENTENNIAL OF THE ARGENTINE REPUBLIC.
AEDES VICTOR wines maintain, in all lines of their wide range, the caracteristic of being LIMITED LOTS formed by very few units.
AEDES VICTOR wines in classical lines stand in 1200 bottles each variety yearly.This number will be increased to 1800 bottles each from harvest 2010.

Aedes Victor Wines, Harvest 2008, have new marbettes  Here, a wiew of new labels to identify AEDES VICTOR Malbec and AEDES VICTOR Merlot in classic style is displayed. AEDES VICTOR wines  belonging to this line are commercialized in Chaco and nearest provinces mainly. Third (counting from the left) can be appreciated the label for an AEDES VICTOR Malbec especially created to celebrate the BICENTENNIAL OF THE ARGENTINE REPUBLIC. The first lot of this wine has been elaborated with grapes belonging to the 2010 harvest but the 2008 harvest already anticipates the style of this creation.
